Board of Directors

Illinois Heartland Library System is overseen by a board of directors made up from representatives of the regional library community. 
The IHLS Board of Directors regularly meets the fourth Tuesday of the month (except December) at the Helen Matthes Library in Effingham, Illinois, at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise noted.
