4.  LLSAP Report

IHLS Board approved the contract with Polaris Library Systems as software vendor for the SHARE automation group.

5.a. Review of Bids for Employee Health, Dental and Life Insurance

The board selected the following providers for employee insurance:  Coventry (health), Humana (vision), Humana (life), H&H (Employee Assistance Program).  IHLS staff will determine (as a group) whether to utilize MetLife for dental (at no cost for premium to employee) or Delta Dental (at a small monthly cost to employee).
