Allerton Public Library District

Allerton Public Library District in Monticello is seeking a part-time Library Clerk to work approximately 10-12 hours a week, mainly evenings and week-ends and possibly during the week depending on staffing needs.  The Library Clerk performs a variety of tasks related to the circulation desk including check in/check out of materials, answering the phone, assisting patrons, and shelving library materials.  Required skills and abilities include: excellent customer service experience, attention to detail, ability to utilize computer software, and ability to work as part of a team.  Salary is $14.00/hour.
