Ill. OSHA adoption of federal OSHA ETS for 100+ Employees Stayed
Update 1/19/2022 8:28 PM: On Jan.13, 2022, the United States Supreme Court issued a stay, or temporary halt of implementation, on the Federal OSHA COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard (ETS). OSHA has stayed its own rule, the adoption of the federal ETS, while it monitors federal litigation and determines the next steps, the Illinois Department of Labor says.
