The latest Long Range Planning information has been added to the IHLS website.

Earlier this year several focus groups were conducted and member libraries were surveyed to evaluate member library satisfaction with current services we provide and to identify future needs. Summary reports of the member survey, employee survey and focus groups are included with this update.

Also, the Long Range Planning Committee would like your feedback on several documents to be approved at the August board meeting. These documents include drafts for our vision, mission, values, and goals.
