We’re excited to inform you that our IHLS Delivery Help Desk platform has been updated to a new system designed to improve the way we handle support requests. While the platform itself has changed, the website links for submitting tickets remain the same, so you can continue to access the Help Desk as usual.

What’s New?

The biggest change with this update is that we now have the ability to assign tickets by IHLS hub. This means that instead of every ticket being routed to all delivery admin staff across all hubs, we can now more efficiently direct your request to the appropriate team based on your library's hub.

To ensure your ticket is processed as quickly as possible, please include your IHLS delivery hub when submitting a ticket. There is now an added question in the Help Desk form that asks for your IHLS delivery hub.

How to Find Your Hub

If you're unsure which hub services your library, you can easily find this information by visiting our Hubs and Routes page. Simply search for your library, and your IHLS hub and route number will appear at the top of the route screen.

Why This Matters

By including your hub information, we can ensure that your ticket is routed directly to the correct team for faster resolution. This small update will help streamline our support process and get your issues addressed more efficiently.
