A lot has been happening this summer 2020 regarding the delivery of materials among our libraries, and it has been an ever-changing challenge! Please join IHLS Operations Director Susan Palmer and colleagues throughout the IHLS service area to discuss the current status of delivery services, including the materials quarantine. This special system-wide forum was held Monday, September 14, 10:30 a.m. to noon via Zoom. Member questions regarding the materials quarantine, the science behind the decisions, and more are found throughout.
